Remember this above all: no combination of surgeries should be decided to save time or money. Only a surgeon who has examined you can say what's safe for you.

Your general health, weight, history and the total anaesthesia time required change everything. A serious clinic will sometimes refuse to stack operations — and that seriousness is exactly what to look for.

Conversely, be wary of any clinic that agrees to add up operations without a thorough assessment, simply because you asked. That's a major red flag.

Plan a generous buffer before your return. After surgery, long flights carry risks (notably clots): follow your surgeon's guidance on how long to wait before flying.

Ensure coordination. If several clinics are involved, their teams must communicate about your health.
